Does ChatGPT mention your site? Now you can check every week.
SEOpen's AI visibility tool asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity the questions your customers ask, every Monday, and records whether each answer names you, links to you, and who it names instead. Google's AI Overviews are checked for the same prompts. It's included on every plan, from $29 a month, with no add-on to buy.

What you see
Visibility, as a plain share
The share of answers that mention your brand, overall and per engine. 14 of 20 answers is 70%, and the page says so in both forms.Cited, not just named
An answer that names you and one that links to your page are different wins. SEOpen counts them apart, and lists the pages the engines link to.Share of voice against your competitors
Add the brands you compete with. Each answer is scored for who was named and in what order, so you see whether you come up first or fifth.Sources the engines trust
The domains and pages AI answers cite most often for your prompts. When a forum thread or a review site keeps coming up, that's where to be mentioned.

Choose your prompts
Write the questions people ask, or start from up to 25 suggestions SEOpen drafts from your site's keywords. Add your brand names and your competitors'. - Every Monday
Every engine answers
Each prompt goes to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity with web search on, the way people use them. The AI Overview for the same question is checked too. - Any time

What it doesn't do
So you can decide before you sign up, not after.
- It doesn't promise to get you into AI answers. It shows where you stand, so you can see whether what you change is working.
- It doesn't score sentiment. You read the answer itself, which says more than a score would.
- Answers are sampled once a week per engine. AI answers vary from one ask to the next, so read the trend, not one week alone.
- No Microsoft Copilot or Google AI Mode yet. The four engines and AI Overviews are what's tracked today.
On each plan
Included in the plan price, with no add-on to buy. See pricing.
| Plan | AI visibility |
|---|---|
| Starter $29 a month | 25 prompts, each asked of four engines every week, plus the AI Overview check. |
| Pro $79 a month | 100 prompts, each asked of four engines every week, plus the AI Overview check. |
Prompts count across your projects. A weekly check never uses research credits.
Questions
- How does an AI visibility tool work?
- It sends the same set of questions to AI assistants on a schedule and reads the answers: whether your brand is named, whether your site is linked, and who else comes up. SEOpen does this through DataForSEO's AI answer data, with each engine's web search turned on.
- Which AI engines does SEOpen check?
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, plus Google's AI Overviews. SEOpen also shows how often your domain is mentioned in AI Overviews and ChatGPT across DataForSEO's wider database of prompts.
- What's the difference between being mentioned and being cited?
- Mentioned means the answer names your brand. Cited means it links to one of your pages as a source. Citations send visitors; mentions shape what people remember. SEOpen tracks both.
- How many prompts should a small site track?
- Fifteen to twenty-five is plenty to start: a few questions about your category, a few comparing you with alternatives, and a couple about your brand by name. Starter covers 25.
- Is AI visibility tracking an extra cost?
- No. It's part of Starter and Pro. Some suites sell it as a separate add-on; SEOpen includes it because, for a small site, it's now part of knowing where you stand.
