A site audit that tells you what to fix first
SEOpen crawls up to 500 pages of your site and checks each one for 57 kinds of problem, from broken links and redirect chains to missing titles and thin pages. Issues are sorted into errors, warnings and notices, every issue says why it matters and how to fix it, and you can rerun the crawl every Monday to see what changed.

What you see
Errors, warnings and notices
17 kinds of error, 21 of warning and 19 notices, grouped into crawlability, indexing, HTTPS, meta tags, content, links, performance and markup.A health score you can check
Out of 100. Each page loses 25 points per error, 8 per warning and 2 per notice, and site-wide issues take off at most 20 more. No black box. Why, and how to fix it
Every issue opens to the pages it affects, a plain explanation of why it matters, and what to change.Crawl against crawl

How it runs
- Once
Start a crawl
SEOpen starts from your home page and follows links, like a search engine would. Turn on JavaScript rendering if your site needs it to show content. - Every Monday
Recrawl, if you like
Switch on the weekly crawl and SEOpen reruns it every Monday morning, so a broken template shows up within the week. - After each crawl
Work the list
Start with errors on the pages that get traffic. The project home shows when pages with errors go up.
What it doesn't do
So you can decide before you sign up, not after.
- 500 pages per crawl on both plans. Large shops and publishers with thousands of URLs will need a bigger crawler.
- Lighthouse runs on your home page only, on desktop, as a lab test. It isn't real-user Core Web Vitals data, and it doesn't measure INP.
- It doesn't change your site. It reports; you or your developer fix.
- The weekly crawl is off until you turn it on, so nothing crawls your site without you asking.
On each plan
Included in the plan price, with no add-on to buy. See pricing.
| Plan | Site audit |
|---|---|
| Starter $29 a month | Crawls of up to 500 pages per project, weekly or on demand, plus Lighthouse. |
| Pro $79 a month | Crawls of up to 500 pages per project, weekly or on demand, plus Lighthouse. |
Audits are covered by the plan and never use research credits. The seven day trial includes one audit.
Questions
- What does a site audit check?
- Whether search engines can crawl and index your pages, and whether each page is built well: status codes, redirects, canonicals, titles and descriptions, headings, duplicate and thin content, internal links, HTTPS, structured data and page speed.
- How long does a crawl take?
- Most small sites finish in a few minutes. Larger sites, or sites crawled with JavaScript rendering, take longer. The audit page shows progress while it runs.
- Which issue should I fix first?
- Errors before warnings, and pages that get traffic before pages that don't. A broken link on your best page matters more than a long title on an old one.
- Will the crawl slow down my site?
- For most sites, no. A crawl of up to 500 pages is light next to everyday visitor traffic, and it runs once, not continuously.
